Let’s get straight to the point…some of the links on this site pay 1TattedPassport a referral bonus for anyone that is approved. I’ve written about Amex Offers several times (including HERE, HERE, and HERE). It’s an opportunity to earn additional points or receive statement credits for purchases that you have made with specific retailers. Ultimately, it’s a great opportunity to save on purchases you were were going to make anyway.
Last year, Chase jumped into the game with a similar program called Chase Offers.
Initially, Chase focused and directed these offers to clients that had personal cards (not business cards). However, over the past year, Chase has ramped up in the variety of offers and have extended the program to their business cards.
For example…

SAVE 10% BACK AT ALASKA AIRLINES
A large proportion of my annual expenses are spent on travel and food so discounts in these categories are important. With this Chase Offer, you can earn 10% back on your Alaska Airlines purchase when you spend $50 or more (with a $31.00 back maximum). In other words, the offer tops out with a purchase of $310.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There are some restrictions to be aware of:
- Offer expires 9/9/20
- Earn 10% back on your Alaska Airlines purchase between $50-310
- Offer valid one time only.
- Payment must be made directly with the merchant
Note: It appears the T&C’s may differ with each account so read carefully.
FINAL STAMP
Alaska Air has been running some amazing fares lately (see below) so if you are in the market to buy an Alaska Airlines ticket in the next 10 days, then this represents a good savings. Unfortunately, this offer is fairly limited because of the expiration date.
$159 for first class!?!? Yes, please!

Ideally, you would find the offer on a card that has travel as a bonus category such as the Chase Sapphire Reserve card since it earns 3x Ultimate Reward points per dollar spent on a travel.
Ultimately, I’m thrilled to see Chase Offers continue to add promotions during such uniques times.
