Hurry! Delta Flash Sale: Awards To Asia and Australia (from 34,000 Roundtrip)

Delta is at it again! Delta’s weekly SkyMiles deal has returned with deals to Asia and Australia.

FLASH SALE

I’m going to spare you the small talk and just show you the deal. You will find a screenshot of the sale (below) and here is the DIRECT LINK to the awards…

BE QUICK!

The dates for each deal are different but I wouldn’t pay much attention to them since Delta, typically, offers these prices outside of their “sale” dates. However, if you have a desire to book one of the award tickets above, I would book sooner than later.

It’s also worth noting that research and comparison is key! Lately, Chinese carriers have had “never-ending deals” that have kept prices to Asia low (like $400 roundtrip low). So spending ~55,000 SkyMiles (+ taxes) isn’t really a good deal when you can buy the ticket for $400. However, I also believe that “if a deal gets you to where you want to be for less than you wanted to spend, it can be a good deal.”

FINAL STAMP

As I mentioned yesterday, we are fast-approaching the time of year where travel sales are coming fast and furious. So if you’re in the market for a good travel deal, keep your eyes open.

Delta has my attention lately! I’ve been known to burn skymiles, practically, before they arrived in my account due to the perceived lack of value but I’ve seeing a lot of value lately.

If you are located in a Delta hub, or can easily position to one of the hubs listed above, this could be a great sale for you.

Note: During the flash sales, Delta often discounts additional city pairs beyond what is listed on their deals page. Sometimes you’ll even find better deals than the ones Delta has listed. However, you’ll only find discounted prices when searching for a round trip. One-ways will not price at half the cost.

It’s also worth noting that Delta is an American Express (READ MORE) transfer partner, so it’s easy to top off your miles for a redemption if you’re a bit short.
