To celebrate Valentine’s day, British Airways surprised 100 customers with the trip of a lifetime, by upgrading their seats from Economy to First. You read that correctly…upgraded not to Premium Economy or Business but from Economy to First.
British Airways is turning 100 and to celebrate their commitment to it’s 100th year and their #BAMagic100 campaign, they are celebrating with 100 acts of kindness.
I’m a sucker for great marketing and BA did a great job in surprising customers as they checked in for their flights. As you’ll see, some customers were visiting loved ones, going to funerals, or embarking on vacations of a lifetime.
I appreciate the diversity of people chosen and the stories they shared.
I think everyone should have the opportunity to experience the first class lounge, the exclusive first class cabin, fully flat bed, selection of fine wines, and personalized service and amenities.
